Returns and refunds
If you’ve received the wrong item or it is defective, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at info@beonitdesign.com.
Please attach a photo of the item delivered showing the defect.
If you received the wrong item, please also attach a photo of the item’s label.
No refunds will be given if the product has been used beyond simply opening the packaging, for products not in the same conditions they were delivered or that have been damaged after delivery.
We can only make changes to your order if it hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse yet. If it has already been sent and you want to make changes, you’ll have to wait until you receive it, process it as a return through your account on our website and then order the new item or items you want.

You have to include all original packaging, instructions and other documents provided, as well as a copy of the purchase invoice.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to bespoke or custom-made products as they have special characteristics chosen by the client.

If you choose to withdraw and return the product within 14 calendar days, we will refund any payments received, including shipping (except when you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery offered on the Website) with no undue delay and within 14 calendar days of your notification of withdrawal from the purchase.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, our Customer Service Team will explain how to return the product, which will be examined when received. Then we will notify you whether it will be replaced or refunded.
The amount paid for products returned because they are defective, when the defect is confirmed, will be refunded in full, including any shipping charges and any cost of return delivery the User incurs.
The item will be replaced or refunded as quickly as possible, always within 14 days of us sending you an email confirming whether we will refund or replace the item in question.
The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Shipping and assembly
Yes. All our products include transport and assembly is included in the price for ones that require it.
Delivery times depend on the availability of each style or product. As they are all hand-crafted products, each one has different specifications.

Auxiliary pieces in stock are delivered in 4 to 6 working days. Large pieces in 4 to 5 weeks, large pieces in exotic materials in 6 to 8 weeks and custom-made pieces in 8 to 10 weeks.
This service is free on all our products.
For products that require assembly, this service is free of charge.
If you have several email addresses, first make sure the one on your account is correct.
Also check your trash and spam folders.

If it is due to internal issues at BEONIT Design, we will contact you to explain the circumstances and give you the choice of setting a new delivery date or cancelling your order with a full refund of any amount paid.
If your order can’t be delivered because you aren’t there and no one can take the order for you, it will be returned to the warehouse. However, the delivery company will leave notice of the location of the order and how to reschedule delivery.
If something comes up and you won’t be at the delivery location at the scheduled time, contact our Customer Service Team to change your delivery date.

For products that aren’t currently available, you can sign up to receive an email when they are back in stock. Just click on the link or button marked “let me know when it is available” and send us an email so we can notify you.

Payment and invoices
No, we don’t currently offer financing options.
If you need an invoice for your order, just send us an email to info@beonitdesign.com with your details and we’ll get it to you as soon as possible.
